Case Study: Ecclesall Woods sawmill and artists' gallery
The Project
Sheffield City Council took back Sawmill site ownership prior to creating an education and visitors’ centre and retail space for an on-site social enterprise cooperative of wood-based crafts people. The city council approached Keep Your Fork to assist in the re-branding, marketing and PR of the site during this transitional time.
The Result
Creation of new website for Woodland Gallery cooperative, local sales and PR campaign, community magazine and leaflet drops. Creating visual identity for the site including all posters, signage, roller banners, flyers, site map displays, vinyl banners, information leaflets, flyers and even a letter to Father Christmas!
Introduced groups of local carol singers, providing seasonal food and beverages to the site through networking with local churches. This boosted Christmas tree sales through enhancing the traditional Christmas shopping experience.
