The Project
Leading fringe city centre hair salon needed support with developing its marketing strategy to the student and “yummy mummy” markets. Keep your Fork were asked to develop signage, provide interior layout and design suggestions, and marketing strategy techniques to communicate to their market.
The Result
Produced a marketing plan including a customer service strategy, e-marketing strategy to current clients, leaflet drop new clients including communication messages developed from consulting potential customers. PR exposure with The Star and networking with other useful local contacts.
