A first class, outcome-driven marketing plan and calendar helped secure the initial Sport England half million pound funding and development agency “Backing the Best” status and additional funding. Whole team marketing and customer service training informed the plan and the new Glasshoughton brand carried into an entire range of literature, signage and fantastic new fully client-managed website and e-marketing strategy.
The proactive sales, marketing and PR strategy has seen bookings soar and nearly all groups at capacity, many with waiting lists.
