Keep Your Fork’s journalist Liz has extensive experience in reporting, feature writing and editing. She has a covered sport from grassroots through to world level including two Olympic and Paralympic Games. She also reports on football and has great interest in sport in the community. Liz has also produced features across travel and human interest with a spotlight on women achievers.
Her work has been published by the Associated Press (AP), Press Association (PA), The Guardian and Observer, The Times, Daily Express, Daily Mirror and Daily Star. Locally she has been published in The Star, The Telegraph and the Yorkshire Post.
Liz is skilled at writing in a variety of styles across a diverse range of topics for a spectrum of audiences. Having also worked as a sub-editor, Liz can turn around crisp, clean copy to a very high standard with great attention to detail.
Liz was born in Sheffield and moved to London to study before heading off around the world after which she retrained as a journalist.
In her spare time Liz - a Sheffield United fan - enjoys running, swimming and walking. She has had a lifelong love of books, especially thrillers, and is an avid traveller.
